What this site is, and what it is not

It publishes what we make and what the laboratory measured on it, and it gives a trade buyer one way to ask for a quotation. That is the whole function.

It is not a shop. No order is placed here, no stock is reserved here, and no price on this site binds anyone. Where a shelf price appears it is labelled MSRP, which is what a consumer would pay at retail: it is not a trade cost and it is not a quotation.

Price, volume, delivery, territory and every other commercial term exist only in a written quotation, and only once we have both agreed to it. If a term matters to you, it belongs in that document, not in a page you read.

Who this site is for

Adults of 21 or over. You confirm your age when you enter, and that confirmation is kept on your own device.

The buyer we write for is a business buying to resell, though the certificates are published for anyone who wants to check them.

Where you operate decides what applies to you. Hemp-derived products are regulated differently state by state and country by country, and the position in your territory is yours to confirm before you buy or resell. We do not advise on it and this site does not state it for you.

Sending an enquiry

• The form is for trade enquiries. What happens to what you type is described on the Privacy page.
• Sending it is not a contract. It reserves no stock and fixes no price, and neither side owes the other anything until a written quotation is accepted.
• Write from an address you control and give information that is accurate. We answer what you send us, so a wrong territory or volume produces a wrong quotation.
• Do not send confidential documents through the form. Ask first and we will tell you where to send them.
• We may decline an enquiry, and we do not have to give a reason.

The figures on this site

Where a page publishes a measured figure, it names the lot it belongs to and the laboratory that measured it, and the certificate for that lot is published alongside. Where a number comes from a printed label rather than from measurement, the page says so in those words.

A certificate describes the lot it names and nothing beyond it. Lots differ from one another and the panels run on them are not identical, which is why they are published one by one instead of summarised into a single claim. Where this site summarises, the certificate is what governs.

Formulation, labelling and packaging change over time. What is published here describes what we have published; it is not a promise that a given lot is available now.

The certificates may be copied and passed on, including to your own customers, provided they go in full and unaltered. That is what they are published for. An extract that drops a panel, a limit of detection or a lot number is not the certificate and should not be presented as one.

What this site does not claim

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Nothing on this site is medical advice, legal advice, or advice about what is permitted where you are. No page here describes an outcome you should expect from using a product.

The content itself

The text, photography, film, illustration, page design and the Swiss Vitalis name and marks belong to Swiss Vitalis LLC. Reading, linking and quoting with attribution are fine and always will be.

Republishing a page, or using our photography or film in material of your own, needs our written permission. For a trade partner that permission is routine and we keep a press kit for it: ask and it is usually the same day. The exception in both directions is the certificates, which are covered above and need no permission at all.

The sites we link to

We link to the SC Labs certificate portal, to Trustpilot and to our Instagram, because a buyer should be able to check us somewhere that is not us. We do not control any of them and we are not responsible for what they publish.

Availability, and the limits of what we promise

We do not promise that this site is always reachable or always current. We add, correct and remove content, and when a lot changes the pages that carry its figures change with it.

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Swiss Vitalis LLC is not liable for loss arising out of use of this site or reliance on what it publishes, and nothing here limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited. Where a lot's specification matters to a decision you are making, read the certificate for that lot rather than the summary of it.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and a dispute about them belongs before the state or federal courts sitting in Delaware. If you are outside the United States, this does not remove rights your own law gives you, and it does not attempt to.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. We do not quietly rewrite them.
