Trade questions
The questions buyers actually ask.
Including the two we get asked most and answer with a no. If your question is not here, it is a good first line for an enquiry, and the answer usually ends up on this page afterwards.
The product
Where is Swiss Vitalis manufactured?
In the United States, from American-grown hemp. Swiss Vitalis LLC is a Delaware company.
The Swiss name and the alpine terpene profile are brand identity and a formulation choice. We say so plainly here and on the home page rather than let a buyer discover it during due diligence, which is a much worse moment.
Is it legal to sell?
The range is made from hemp under the 2018 Farm Bill, which sets the threshold at not more than 0.3% Δ9-THC by dry weight. Each lot we publish is tested against it, and the figure is on that lot's certificate.
State law is a separate matter and it moves. Hemp-derived Δ9 products in particular are regulated differently state by state. Confirm the position in each territory you intend to sell into. We will tell you what a batch contains, but we cannot advise you on your jurisdiction.
Does the full-spectrum oil contain THC?
Yes, at the trace level a full-spectrum hemp extract carries. On the current batch, SV-FST6000-001, Δ9-THC measured 1.766 mg/mL, 52.980 mg in the 30 mL bottle, 0.1844% by weight.
The broad-spectrum version has the THC removed in post-processing. What its certificate can state is what the laboratory found, against the method's own limit of detection. We do not describe any product as THC-free, because no analytical method reports zero.
What is the difference between full spectrum, broad spectrum and isolate?
Full spectrum keeps the minor cannabinoids and terpenes along with THC at or below the hemp threshold. Broad spectrum keeps the minors and terpenes with the THC removed. An isolate is one cannabinoid on its own, with no terpenes and no minors, so its certificate has a single quantified cannabinoid to report.
They answer different customer questions rather than being better and worse grades of the same thing. Longer version in the notes: Full spectrum, broad spectrum, isolate.
How many SKUs are in the wholesale range?
Four. Two 6,000 mg CBD oils in 30 mL, one full-spectrum and one broad-spectrum; the THCv isolate at 1,000 mg; and the 1:1 Δ9-THC and CBD gummies, twenty to a jar.
Every item in the range is manufactured for Swiss Vitalis, and nothing in it belongs to another label. Each of the four has a certificate of analysis on its current lot, and they do not carry the same panels. The full list with formats and composition is in § 02 of the home page.
Testing and documentation
Who does the testing, and which lots have a certificate?
SC Labs, an independent laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 (PJLA accreditation number 87168). All four SKUs have a certificate on their current lot: the Full-Spectrum 6,000 mg on lot SV-FST6000-001, the Broad-Spectrum 6,000 mg on lot 220625, the THCv 1,000 mg on lot 313126, and the 1:1 gummies on lot 25E5081912.
The panels are not identical across the four, so read the certificate for the lot rather than any summary. They all carry potency by HPLC-DAD, pesticides, heavy metals and residual solvents. The Full-Spectrum and gummies lots carry microbiology by both PCR and plating, the THCv lot by PCR only, and the Broad-Spectrum lot has no microbiology panel. The THCv lot has no mycotoxin panel. The gummies lot has no terpene panel and its certificate prints no action limits, which is why nothing on this site calls its panels a pass.
Where do I find the certificates?
Three of them on SC Labs' own client portal at client.sclabs.com/swiss-vitalis-llc. Those are hosted by the laboratory rather than by us, which means we cannot edit them after issue. The gummies certificate is not on that portal: it is a file served from this site, which is a weaker guarantee.
The current batch is transcribed and explained on the lab results page, with a link to each certificate.
What certifications does the manufacture hold?
Nutritional Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for the manufacture, and Good Agricultural and Collection Practice (GACP) upstream of the extraction.
Between them they mean the raw material arrives with a record and the batch leaves with one. Neither is a substitute for the third-party testing, which is why both exist alongside it.
How consistent is potency between batches?
Across our batch records the spread in CBD is 6.35%. That figure comes from our own batch records rather than from a third-party audit, and we will send the working behind it to a buyer who asks. On the current batch the declared 6,000 mg against the measured 6,005.910 mg is a deviation of 0.10%, and that one you can check yourself on the certificate.
This is the figure we would ask a supplier for and the one nobody prints on a label. Why it matters more than a single certificate: batch-to-batch variability.
Are the products FDA approved?
No. These are hemp-derived products, not medicines with marketing authorisation. They have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Any supplier in this category who tells you their product is FDA approved is either confused or is describing a facility registration, which is a different thing entirely.
Trading with us
Why are there no prices on this site?
Because terms depend on territory and volume, and a published price list in this category is a list that gets renegotiated on the first call. Publishing one would mean either quoting a number we do not intend to hold or quoting the worst case to everybody.
On a qualified enquiry we send terms for your territory alongside the certificates and specifications.
What is the minimum order?
100 units per SKU. A unit is one 30 mL bottle, or one 20-count jar of gummies.
The minimum applies to each SKU you take rather than to the order, so a first order across the whole range starts at 400 units. These are the standard terms; the quotation you receive is what binds.
What is the shelf life on the current lots?
Each lot carries its own expiry, and these are the lots shipping today:
- Full-Spectrum 6,000 mg, lot SV-FST6000-001 · June 2028
- THCv Isolate 1,000 mg, lot 313126 · November 2027
- 1:1 Gummies, lot 25E5081912 · December 2027
- Broad-Spectrum 6,000 mg, lot 220625 · February 2027
The Broad-Spectrum is the short one and we would rather you read it here than work it out from a label. A replacement lot is in production and will carry a 2028 expiry; until it is released and tested, 220625 is what ships. Ask before ordering Broad-Spectrum in volume and we will tell you which lot you would receive.
How is it packed?
50 units to a carton. The 100-unit minimum is two cartons per SKU, and repeat orders go in multiples of 50.
Pallet configuration on request.
How long from order to dispatch?
7 days from a confirmed order.
Transit time is separate and is not promised here: it depends on the destination and the carrier, and it is quoted with your terms.
Can I get a sample?
Yes. One unit per SKU, charged at the MSRP shown in § 02 of the home page, with shipping at your cost, dispatched within 48 hours.
Tell us which SKUs you want and the territory you sell into. A sample is charged at the shelf price rather than at your eventual cost, so it is the most expensive way to buy from us and the cheapest way to check us.
Do you offer private label or white label?
No.
The batch record is the product here, and it stops being checkable the moment somebody else's name is on the bottle: the customer can no longer trace a figure to a certificate, and neither can we. It is a real revenue decision and we have made it deliberately.
Who do you supply?
Distributors, multi-location retail, single-location retail and e-commerce resellers.
The enquiry form asks for business type, territory and approximate monthly volume or number of doors, because those three answers are what a useful first reply needs.
What happens when I send an enquiry?
The form posts to this site's one server endpoint, which emails your enquiry to us and keeps a copy as a record. You are not added to any marketing list: the details you send are used to answer the enquiry, and for nothing else. It works with JavaScript switched off, and how the data is handled is written out in the privacy policy.
On a qualified enquiry we reply within one business day, with current certificates of analysis, product specifications, product photography and terms for your territory.
Can I just email you?
Yes, and it is equally welcome. charlesh@swissvitalisusa.com.
Company, territory, business type and rough volume in the first message will save us both an exchange.
Figures on this page are from the certificate for batch SV-FST6000-001 and the batch record behind it. Where this page and a certificate disagree, the certificate is right.
