Les Alpes · depuis 2022
Founded in the Alps. Answerable in Delaware.
Swiss Vitalis was founded in 2022, registered in France, and the first products were made from hemp grown where the French and Swiss Alps meet. When the legislation changed, the company moved its headquarters to the United States. The name and the alpine terpene profile made the crossing; the manufacturing is American now, and we would rather say all of that plainly than let a buyer find out later.
01 · Where it began
2022 · registered in France · the alpine frontier
Swiss Vitalis launched in 2022 as a French-registered company that already carried the mountain in its name. The first products were made from hemp grown on plantations along the frontier where the French and Swiss Alps meet: high country, short summers, and one harvest a year.
One harvest a year does something useful to a company: it teaches the habit of the batch. When the season hands you a single lot, you number it, you test it, you file it. That habit is the one thing on this page that has never changed.
Most of what follows did change, so here is the honest version, in order.

2022
Registered in France
Swiss Vitalis is founded as a French-registered company. The first products are made from hemp grown on the French–Swiss alpine frontier, one harvest a year, one lot at a time.

The turn
The legislation moves
The rules for hemp in Europe changed under the company’s feet. Staying meant rebuilding the product around the paperwork; moving meant keeping the product and changing the address. We chose the address.
-
2024
Headquarters cross the Atlantic
Swiss Vitalis LLC is formed in Delaware on 3 January 2024, file number 2877035, which anyone can look up on the state register. The 2022 above is the French company; this is the American one, and they are two entities rather than one that moved. Manufacturing is rebuilt in the United States from American-grown hemp, under nutritional GMP, with the raw material handled under GACP.

Today
Four SKUs, one record
The line is four SKUs, wholesale only. The lots we publish carry a certificate of analysis from SC Labs, and the alpine terpene profile is a formulation choice we sign, not a place of manufacture we claim.
02 · What survived the move
Delaware company · United States manufacture · American-grown hemp
What changed is easy to list: the address, the farm, the factory. Manufacturing is in the United States under nutritional Good Manufacturing Practice, and upstream of it the raw material is handled under Good Agricultural and Collection Practice, so the plant material arrives with a record of its own rather than as an anonymous input.
The hemp is American-grown and pesticide-free, and every product in the range is made from hemp under the 2018 Farm Bill, so not more than 0.3% Δ9-THC by dry weight. The oils carry it in MCT.
The alpine terpene profile is a formulation decision and a brand decision. No part of today’s manufacture happens in Europe, and any supplier who tells you otherwise about their own line is worth a second question.
03 · What gets tested
SC Labs · independent · ISO/IEC 17025 accredited
The lots we publish go to SC Labs, an independent laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025. Potency by HPLC-DAD and terpenes by GC-FID on the oils, plus the safety panels that lot was run against, which are not the same from one lot to the next, and are named on each certificate.
On the current Full-Spectrum lot, 39 terpenes were analysed by GC-FID. Six were quantified and the rest came back below the limit of quantitation or not detected, which the certificate shows and the label never would.
Three of the four certificates are published on SC Labs' own client portal, which means they sit on the laboratory's server rather than ours and cannot be edited by us after the fact. The gummies certificate is not on that portal and is served from this site instead, which is a weaker guarantee. The current batch and what it measured are on the lab results page.
04 · The commitment
Potency held within 10% of the label · on the lots we publish
On the current Full-Spectrum lot, the laboratory measured 6,005.910 mg against a 6,000 mg label. It would be easy to build this page around that 0.10%. Easy, and wrong. One excellent gap proves one excellent day.
Within 10% of the label, on the lots we publish.
That is the commitment, and it is deliberately the boring version: the lots we publish are measured by an independent laboratory, the spread is held inside 10% of the declared amount (the tolerance a pharmacopoeia allows), and the certificate, not this page, is the document of record.
The commitment
Measured potency held within 10% of the declared amount, on the lots we publish.
Observed spread
Spread in measured CBD across published batches, against the 10% the tolerance allows, inside it with room to spare.
Latest lot, label against certificate
Declared 6,000 mg, measured 6,005.910 mg on batch SV-FST6000-001. One datapoint inside the commitment, not the commitment.
Safety analyses on this lot
On SV-FST6000-001: pesticides, heavy metals, mycotoxins, residual solvents, and microbiology run two ways, by PCR and by plating, six analyses across five categories. Other lots carry different panels, and each certificate names its own.
The house
Some things made the crossing.
Professor Edelweiss
The house character
“Within 10% of the label, on the lots we publish.”
Professor Edelweiss narrates the Swiss Vitalis films. He is a character and he certifies nothing. Every line he speaks is quoted from the page it sits on. The analysis is SC Labs’, accredited to ISO/IEC 17025, and the certificates are linked from the lab results page.
05 · How we trade
We supply distributors, multi-door retail and e-commerce resellers. No prices are published on this site: terms depend on territory and volume, and a price list that pretends otherwise is a price list that gets renegotiated in the first call.
On a qualified enquiry we send current certificates of analysis, product specifications, product photography and terms for your territory.
